About This Policy: Lendvisors ("Lendvisors," "we," "our," or "us") provides advisory, referral, and partner-matching services for small-business funding. We are not a lender. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have when you visit lendvisors.com, use our application, contact us, or use the Lendvisors iPhone app (together, our "Services").

Information You Give Us: When you apply or contact us, you may give us your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, business name and address, business type, industry, entity type, time in business, monthly or annual revenue, funding amount requested, purpose of funds, your estimated credit score range, and other information you choose to submit. To evaluate an application, we also ask for your date of birth, Social Security number, and your business's Employer Identification Number (EIN), and you may upload documents such as bank statements, tax returns, a voided check, a government-issued photo ID, and other files that support your application. We also keep the messages you send us and the consents you give.

Information We Collect Automatically: When you visit our website, our hosting provider and we may receive standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, and the date and time, which we use to run and secure the website. We use only the essential cookies described below. In the iPhone app, if you allow notifications, Apple gives the app an address for your phone (a device token) that we store so we can send you status notifications.

Information From Others: Lenders and other partners that receive your application may tell us about the status of your application so we can keep you informed.

Sensitive Information: Your Social Security number, date of birth, EIN, bank statements, tax returns, and ID are sensitive. Please enter them only in the secure Lendvisors application form or app, and when we ask for them. Do not send them to us by email or through the general contact form, and never send us account passwords or login credentials. We use this information to evaluate your request and match you with lenders, and we protect it as described under Data Security.

The Lendvisors iPhone App: The app uses your camera only when you choose to scan a document, and your photo library or Files only for the items you select; a photo or file leaves your phone only when you add it to your application. Your application draft is saved on your phone so you can finish later, and your Social Security number, date of birth, and EIN are kept in the iPhone's secure Keychain until you submit. Your sign-in is stored on your phone. If you allow notifications, we send you a notification when your application's status changes; you can turn them off any time in your iPhone's Settings, and signing out stops them. The app does not track you across other companies' apps or websites and does not use your phone's advertising identifier.

How We Use Information: We use information to review and process your application, help match you with lenders and other providers that may fit your needs, communicate with you about your request (including status updates by email and notification), verify your identity and help prevent fraud and misuse, operate, secure, and improve our Services, manage our partner relationships, and comply with legal obligations.

Credit Reports and Authorizations: When you accept our authorization on the application, Lendvisors and its assignees or designees may obtain credit reports and other information about you and your business to verify the information you gave us. Some providers use a soft inquiry that does not affect your credit score, and a final approval may require a hard inquiry; see our Credit Soft-Pull Disclaimer.

How We Share Information: We share information in these ways: (1) With lenders, banks, and other independent partners that you ask us to match you with or that we send your application to. Once they receive your information, they use it under their own privacy policies. (2) With service providers that help us run our Services under our instructions, such as providers of website hosting, database and secure file storage, email delivery, and Apple's notification service. (3) With our advisors and staff who handle your application. (4) When required by law, legal process, or a government request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Lendvisors, our users, or others. (5) In connection with a merger, financing, or sale of our business. (6) With your consent. We do not sell your personal information.

Affiliate and Referral Links: Some links on our website may be affiliate or referral links. If you click a partner link or apply through a partner, the partner may collect information directly from you under its own privacy policy. Lendvisors may receive referral or affiliate compensation.

Cookies: We use only essential cookies: one that remembers your language, and one that keeps you signed in for a short time after you confirm your email on our status page. Our staff use a sign-in cookie to work on applications. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies or tracking pixels on our website. You can control cookies in your browser, but the status page may not work without them.

Email, Phone, Text, and Notifications: If you give us your contact information, we may contact you by email, phone, or text about your request, your application, partner options, and related services, and the iPhone app may send you notifications about your application. You can ask us to stop marketing messages at any time, and you can turn off app notifications in your iPhone's Settings. We may still send messages that are necessary about your application.

Data Security: We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and at rest for your documents and limiting access to the people who need it. No website, app, email, or internet transmission is guaranteed to be 100% secure, so please protect your own device and sign-in.

Data Retention: We keep information for as long as needed to provide our Services, process and follow up on your application, keep records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Your Choices and Privacy Rights: You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or receive a copy. You can also ask us to stop using it for marketing. To make a request, email info@lendvisors.com or call (855) 584-7677. We may need to verify your identity first, and you may use an authorized agent. We may not be able to delete some information that we are required to keep by law. We will not treat you unfairly for exercising your rights. To remove the data the iPhone app keeps on your phone, sign out and delete the app.

California and Other State Privacy Rights: Depending on where you live, such as California, you may have rights to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, to access, correct, and delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that changes, we will update this policy and give you a way to opt out.

Where Your Information Is Processed: Lendvisors is based in the United States and your information is processed and stored in the United States. If you use our Services from another country, you understand that your information will be transferred to the United States, which may have different data protection laws from yours.

Third-Party Sites and Services: Our Services may link to websites and services we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own, so please read their policies.

Children's Privacy: Our Services are intended for adults and business owners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and if we learn that we have, we will delete it.

Updates to This Policy: We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date, and if the changes are significant we will also tell you by email or in the app.
