Electronic Communications Consent

Your Consent: When you check the consent box on the Lendvisors application, or otherwise continue to use our Services, you agree to receive communications from Lendvisors ("Lendvisors," "we," "our," or "us") electronically, in line with the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and similar laws. This Electronic Communications Consent is part of the Terms of Use and works together with our Privacy Policy.

What This Covers: "Communications" means the application and any disclosures, our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other legal notices, the consents and authorizations you give us, notices about the status of your application, requests for documents or information, messages from your advisor, and any other information we are required or choose to give you in writing.

How We Deliver Communications: We may deliver Communications by email to the address you gave us, by posting them on our website or in the Lendvisors iPhone app (including app notifications), and by text message or phone call to the number you gave us when you have agreed to that. We may also give them to you as web pages, links, or downloadable files such as PDFs.

What You Need: To receive and keep Communications you need a device with internet access, a current web browser or the Lendvisors iPhone app, an email address you can open, and a way to view and save PDF files. By consenting, you confirm that you can access Communications in these ways.

Calls and Text Messages: As described on the application, you agree that Lendvisors and its partners may contact you at the phone number and email address you provided, including by autodialed calls and text messages, about your funding request. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

Your Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically at any time by emailing info@lendvisors.com or calling (855) 584-7677. If you withdraw, we may no longer be able to process your application online or continue to provide some of our Services. Withdrawing does not affect Communications we already sent or anything you agreed to electronically before you withdrew.

Paper Copies: You can ask for a paper copy of any Communication that we gave you electronically by contacting us at the email address or phone number in this policy. Tell us which Communication you want and where to send it.

Keep Your Contact Information Current: Please tell us promptly if your email address or phone number changes, and make sure your email can receive messages from us. We suggest adding info@lendvisors.com to your contacts so our messages are not sent to spam.

Communications From Our Partners: Lenders and other independent partners that receive your application may send you their own communications under their own terms and policies. This Electronic Communications Consent covers Communications from Lendvisors only.

No Lending Decisions: Lendvisors is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. We may receive compensation from partners for referrals, which may affect the placement of financing offers.

Your Acknowledgment: By consenting, you confirm that you have read this Electronic Communications Consent, that you can access Communications as described above, and that your electronic agreement and electronic signature have the same effect as a handwritten signature to the fullest extent the law allows.

Changes to This Consent: We may update this Electronic Communications Consent from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
